Do I need a plan to get a practice exam?
Yes. An active plan is required for the diagnostic, adaptive practice, short assessments, and the AI coach. Your trial requires a payment method; the plan page shows when billing starts.
How does the 5-day trial work?
A payment method is required. Eligible new learners receive five days of full access for $0 today, with the exact first-charge date and amount shown before checkout.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Your billing page opens Stripe's secure plan-change flow and shows any proration and the exact next charge before confirmation. Depending on the change, a downgrade may be scheduled for the end of the current period.
What's included in the All-Access Student plan?
All-Access covers all 6 exams for one student, with progress that carries across shared skills — where Single Exam covers one exam of your choice, which you can change every 30 days.
Can I add or remove students on the Family plan?
Family includes 2 students and you can add more for a small per-child fee. With two or more kids it usually costs less than stacking single plans.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes — plans renew automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. The renewal interval and amount are shown before checkout and again on your billing page, and cancelling stops future renewal while paid access normally continues through the period end.
Do you offer refunds?
Kennara's written guarantee is score-based: study on a paid plan and if your official score doesn't rise by the amount promised for your exam, we refund your subscription. It requires official score reports from before and after, a minimum amount of practice, and a claim within the stated window.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Kennara never sees or stores your full card number, and your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
