Children's Privacy Notice

Kennara is for learners age 13 and older. Learning data is used to provide the Service—not to target ads.

For students

• You must be 13+ and, if under 18, have parent/legal-guardian permission.
• We use birth month/year to check age and save account details, answers, scores, plans, progress, and chosen submissions to provide learning.
• Never put a full name, address, phone, health details, passwords, or card numbers in tutor prompts, essays, notes, or messages.
• Ordinary Nara chat is not saved by Kennara; a redacted excerpt is saved if you flag an answer.
• Linked parents/teachers see progress and effort—not raw chat, private notes, raw answers, or emotional inferences.

For parents and guardians

Kennara currently bars under-13 use rather than offering an under-13 parent/school path. Users 13–17 confirm permission. A verified parent link is separately needed for parent reporting and parent-funded coverage. Withdrawing it ends those features but does not automatically delete the teen account.

For access, correction, export, deletion, or an under-13 report, email [email protected]. We verify identity/authority first. Read the full Privacy Policy.
